The integration supports:
Relationship synchronisation
Invoice synchronisation
Payment synchronisation
Invoices marked as Sent are synchronised as booked invoices in Sage 50.
Note: Exports from Tribe are instant. Imports from Sage 50 run once every 24 hours.
How Do I Activate the Integration?
Step-by-step instructions:
Open Marketplace.
Select Financial and choose Sage 50.
Click Activate.
Enter your connection details.
Map VAT Groups.
Configure settings under Other Settings.
Wait for the initial synchronisation to finish.
How Are Data Changes Managed?
Deleting records does not remove them from the connected system. Deactivating a relationship in Sage 50 also deactivates it in Tribe.
Which Data Is Synchronised?
The integration synchronises organisation, person, and invoice data including addresses, VAT numbers, and invoice lines.
