How Do I Activate The Integration?

Step By Step Instructions
Create An API Key In Spotler
Log in to Spotler.
Open your Account settings.
Select the Integrations tab to open the configuration menu.
Click New authentication.
Enter a name for the integration.
Select My system is not listed and enter Tribe CRM as the system name.
Select Link to existing field and choose External ID.
Save the settings.
Activate The Integration In Tribe CRM
Open the Marketplace in Tribe.
Select the Email marketing tab and choose Spotler.
Click Activate integration.
Copy both keys from Spotler and paste them into Tribe.
Click Save and then Activate.
The activation may take a few moments while the required module is installed. Once completed, the integration is ready for use.

Spotler works with marketing permissions to ensure contacts have given consent to receive communications. These permissions are synchronised to Tribe as opt-in categories. This allows you to manage permission definitions in Spotler while applying them to contacts in Tribe.

Open a Contact in Tribe.
In the contact details, select the Opt-in categories field.
Choose the permissions the contact has agreed to.
When creating a marketing list in Tribe, you must add a condition based on the opt-in category. This ensures that only contacts with the correct permission are included in the campaign.
Did you know? If a contact unsubscribes from a specific campaign in Spotler, only the related opt-in category is removed in Tribe. Other opt-in categories remain available for different campaigns.
How Do I Send A Spotler Campaign From Tribe?
Step By Step Instructions
Prepare The Campaign In Spotler
Log in to Spotler.
Create a campaign as usual.
Define a trigger and select External trigger.
Enter a trigger name. This name will appear in Tribe.
Set the campaign status to Active.
Create And Send The Marketing List In Tribe
Open the Marketing lists dashboard in Tribe.
Click the + button to create a new marketing list.
Enter a subject, select Spotler as the connector, and choose Save and open.
Select the required contacts and apply a condition for the correct opt-in category if needed.
Open the Send panel and select the active Spotler campaign.
Select the previously defined Campaign trigger.
Click Start campaign.
The marketing list will move to the Scheduled phase. Once all data has been sent to Spotler, it will automatically move to Completed. This may take a few minutes.
Where Can I See Campaign Results In Tribe?
Campaign results from Spotler are synchronised back to Tribe and stored in both the marketing list and the contact timeline. You can see delivery status, opens, clicks, and undeliverable emails in the Marketing list widget. For each contact, a campaign result activity appears in the Timeline, showing interaction details. If a campaign includes multiple steps, each step is shown as a separate result.
Note: Campaign results are synchronised periodically. It may take a few minutes before new activity is visible in Tribe.
Which Data Is Synchronised?
The integration synchronises people only. The following personal data is synchronised between Tribe and Spotler:
If a work email address or mobile number is not available, the private email address or mobile number is synchronised instead. For private individuals, private contact details are used automatically.
