Tribe CRM offers several integrations that synchronise data with external systems. While synchronisation usually works smoothly, errors can occur. The integration log helps you identify and resolve these issues. By following this guide, you will learn where to find the log and how to use it effectively.

Which Integrations Have a Log Available?
Eventually, all integrations will include a log. Currently, the log is available for the Exact Online integration. Additional integrations will be added over time.
Where Can I Find the Log?
The log is available directly on the integration page in the Marketplace. Open Marketplace, then open the Exact Online integration.
How Do I Use the Log?
The log shows all successful and failed synchronisation attempts. Errors are displayed in red and include the reason for failure, such as missing debtor numbers or VAT codes.
After resolving an error, reset the invoice status to Draft and then change it back to Sent to trigger synchronisation again. For sales orders, reset the status to Linked.
You can filter the log by date and click directly through to the related record.
Note: The log contains entries from 29 July 2022 onwards.
