Smart analysis – Using data from company websites, Chamber of Commerce records, and optional credit reports (e.g., via CreditSafe), the AI identifies and ranks sales opportunities by relevance.
Tailored outreach – For each prospect, the AI suggests sales angles and generates customized messages aligned with their current business context.
Seamless CRM integration – Every new contact, opportunity, and message is automatically saved in Tribe.

1. How to turn on the AI Sales Agent
Go into your account settings.
Click Add/delete modules
Add the AI Sales Agent module.
Add the LinkedIn module.
Click Get started. You might need to refresh the page in order to see the AI Sales Agent feature in the top right corner of your screen.
Make sure you are using Chrome as a browser and install the Tribe CRM Chrome extension. This extension is needed to send outreach messages directly via LinkedIn.
Note! In order to use the outreach via LinkedIn functionality, you must use the Chrome browser and have the Tribe CRM Chrome extension installed.
2. How to use the AI Sales Agent
There are two ways to search:
2.a. Search for a specific company
Enter the company name in the search bar.
The AI Sales Agent will show an overview with relevant company details.
Select suggested topics to include in your message and choose the contact person you want to reach out to.
Example: if a hotel recently announced expansion plans, the AI can highlight this so your message speaks directly to their needs.
Once you’re ready, click Start Outreach to generate a tailored message, then send it via Email or LinkedIn.
2.b. Search for a category or location
Search on a specific category and or location.
The AI displays all matching companies.
Click on any company to view sales opportunities and select the topics you’d like to emphasize.
Start outreach, review the AI-generated message, and send it via Email or LinkedIn.
3. Step-by-step guide
Click the AI Sales Agent button (top right).
Choose an existing Company Profile or create a new one (e.g., for a subsidiary). This ensures results are filtered to your business needs.
Enter a company name or general query in the "Search" or search on a "Category" and or "Location".
Review the list of prospects and click the Find Sales Opportunities button below a company to let the AI analyze and generate potential opportunities for you.
Select a company to view suggested opportunities and contacts.
Choose which topics to include in your message.
Click Start outreach (bottom right) to generate a customized message.
Send via Email or LinkedIn.
Tribe automatically saves the contact, opportunity, and message for future reference.
Tip! You can also check out a company before finding all Sales Opportunities. Simply click on Open to find all details of the company.

4. LinkedIn outreach requirements
To use the LinkedIn outreach feature, you’ll need:
A LinkedIn subscription that allows you to send InMails (e.g., Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or a Premium subscription).
The Tribe CRM Chrome extension installed and enabled as mentioned above.
Important to know
The number of InMails you can send depends on your LinkedIn subscription type. Be mindful of these limits when planning outreach, as exceeding them will prevent the AI Sales Agent from sending further InMails until your quota resets.

To create or switch profiles:
Click the AI Sales Agent button (top right of Tribe interface)
Select an existing profile or create a new one (useful for subsidiaries or different product lines)
Enter your company website URL
Wait for the AI to analyze and build your profile
The profile takes approximately 10-30 seconds to generate on first use.
