1.To delete a field, click on the three dots on the far right of the field and select Delete.
Important! Deleting a field is permanent and irreversible. It will:
- Remove the field from all records
- Delete all data that was stored in that field
- Cannot be recovered - there is no trash bin or undo option
Additional risks: If the field is used elsewhere in your system (templates, automations, forms, API integrations, formulas, etc.), deleting it will cause errors and break those connections. Always check dependencies before deleting a field.
Better approach: Instead of deleting, consider hiding the field if you're unsure whether you'll need it again.
