In Tribe, you can create connections which link different entities together. This allows you to establish relationships between various data types in your system - for example, linking contacts to projects, suppliers to leads, or tasks to team members.
1. Go to Configuration and select the initial relation or activity to which you wish to create a connection.
2. Click on the Connections tab.
3. Scroll down to the end of the connection list and click on Add a Connection.
4. Choose which relation or activity you want to connect to your original relation/activity. For example, select Leads to link individuals classified as leads to suppliers.
5. Decide on the connection type. You can choose between a one-to-one connection or a multiple connection. This determines whether one supplier is linked to a single lead, multiple leads, or if leads and suppliers can have several links between them.
In this example, select Multiple to allow multiple connections between suppliers and leads.
6. Make the connection visible by switching on the creation visibility option, then click Save.
7. After creating a connection, you may decide if you want to display this connection in the details or in the tab for the selected relations/activity card by activating the option on the slider button.
