Why Does The Integration Need To Be Reactivated?
The existing e-Boekhouden integration will stop working after 31 December 2025. To continue synchronising data between e-Boekhouden and Tribe CRM, the improved integration must be reactivated. Without reactivation, data will no longer be exchanged between the two systems.
What Do You Need Before You Start?
Before reactivating the integration, you need your e-Boekhouden token. This token is required to complete the login process during reactivation.
Note: Once you start the reactivation, synchronisation pauses until the token is entered. To avoid any interruption, make sure the token is ready before you begin.
Step By Step Instructions
Open Tribe CRM.
Navigate to the Marketplace.
Under Activated Integrations, select e-Boekhouden.
Select Reactivate in the notification at the top of the screen.
Enter the e-Boekhouden Token.
Select Log In To e-Boekhouden.
The integration is now reactivated and synchronisation resumes automatically.
