The Contacts Per Label widget visualises how many contacts are assigned to each label. Labels are used in Tribe to group and categorise contacts based on shared characteristics or behaviour. By presenting this information in a widget, Tribe gives you an at-a-glance view of how your contact data is structured.
How to use Contacts Per Label
Go to your Tribe dashboard and click Configuration from the main menu. Select Contact Person as the relationship type to manage individuals and their associated labels.
Open the Widgets tab in the Contact Person section.
Click on +New Widget. Give your widget a clear name such as "Contacts per Label" for easy identification.
Click on Add segmentation by field.
Go to Contactperson connections and select Labels. This will group your contacts according to the labels you've assigned.
Then click on Select this field.
Choose your chart style by selecting either Tile, Pie chart, or Bar chart to display your segmented data.
To include only contacts with defined labels, click on the Add Filter button.
Click on the Contactperson: choose field section, and select Labels, then on Select this field to save.
Now add a filter on Labels with is defined. This will exclude all contact people who do not have a label tag.
To exclude inactive contacts, add a filter: Contact Person > Former > is equal to inactive.
Click on Save.
Your widget will appear in your widgets configuration list. To add the widget to your workspace, go to My Workspace, select + Add Widget.
