Appointments in Tribe allow you to plan and track meetings, calls, and other scheduled interactions. They appear directly in your calendar, giving you a clear overview of your availability and commitments. Each appointment can be linked to the relevant relation and activity, ensuring that all context stays connected.
Step By Step Instructions
Creating an Appointment
Localize your Agenda widget within the workspace area to view the calendar.
Click on the specific day you want to schedule an appointment.
3. Select Appointment from the options shown.
4. Complete all required fields. Mandatory fields are indicated by a red asterisk, including Phase, Start Date, End Date, and Owner by default. Other Mandatory fields for Appointments may be set in Configuration.
5. Enter a name for the appointment in the provided Subject field.
6. Choose the Relation for the appointment. This can be a Contact Person, Lead, Customer, Employees, etc.
7. If relevant, select an Activity from the dropdown menu or create a new one.
8. Set the Phase of the activity.
9. Optionally, enter the Location for the appointment, and add a Description for more details.
10. Assign an Owner. This is the person responsible for the Appointment.
11. Enter the specific Start and End time and date for the appointment.
12. You can select an Appointment Type from the dropdown list or create a new one if needed.
13. If applicable, you can mark the appointment as recurring by enabling the ''Is Recurring'' slider, which turns pink when active.
14. If applicable, select the Attendees you want to invite to the appointment.
15. Click Save to add the appointment to your calendar. The newly created appointment will now appear on your calendar.
You can also create an appointment directly from a relationship card by selecting + Appointment. Any appointments created this way are automatically added to the calendar widget, ensuring they are visible alongside your other scheduled activities.
