What Is the AI Insider Program?
The AI Insider Program gives selected TribeCRM customers on Advanced and Ultimate plans early access to AI-powered features — completely free — before they are officially released.
These features are not just passive suggestions. They are agentic workflows: autonomous AI agents that take action inside your CRM on your behalf — enriching records, handling support tickets, and more — so your team can focus on what matters most.

Who Can Join?
The Insider Program is open to customers on the Advanced or Ultimate plan. There is no additional cost to participate — these AI features are provided free of charge as part of the program.
If you are eligible, you will see an Insider Program section inside your TribeCRM configuration panel. If you do not see it yet and believe you should have access, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
How It Works
1. Browse Available Features — Inside Configuration → Insider Program, you will find a list of available AI beta features. Each feature includes a short description of what it does and the value it delivers.
2. Enable What You Need — Toggle any feature on or off with a single click. There is no commitment — you can disable a feature at any time.
3. An Agent Is Activated — When you enable a feature, an AI agent is automatically provisioned in your environment. The agent gets to work immediately, running in the background and taking action within TribeCRM on your behalf.
4. Stay in Control — You can review what the agent has done through notifications in TribeCRM and regular email reports. Human-review workflows ensure that high-impact or low-confidence actions are flagged before being applied.
Note: Available features may evolve during the program. New agents are added progressively as they reach beta readiness.
What's Under the Hood?
The AI Insider Program is powered by a purpose-built orchestration stack:
n8n — a workflow automation platform that orchestrates all agent logic. Agents are defined as n8n workflows, which allows the Tribe team to iterate on agent behavior in hours, not weeks — without a full product release.
Multiple LLMs — depending on the task and context, agents leverage different large language models — currently Gemini (Google) — selected automatically based on performance and cost characteristics for each workflow.
TribeCRM MCP Server — a secure, authenticated connector that allows agents to read from and write to your TribeCRM data on your behalf, scoped strictly to your organization.
Each feature is independently enabled per organization. Your data is fully isolated — agents can only access your organization's data, never another customer's.
What to Expect as an Insider
Speed over polish — these are beta features. Behavior will improve rapidly, but expect occasional rough edges.
No SLA — Insider Program features are not covered by standard SLAs and run on a best-effort basis.
Your feedback matters — the primary goal of the program is learning from real usage. You will be asked to share structured feedback through a short form after using each feature.
Privacy and data — your CRM data processed by AI agents is handled with strict organizational isolation. Processing may involve third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, Google). By joining the program, you acknowledge and consent to the relevant data processing terms.
Privacy and Security
Organizational isolation — each agent uses credentials scoped exclusively to your organization. Cross-organization access is architecturally impossible.
Opt-in only — no agent is ever activated without your explicit action.
Instant opt-out — disabling a feature immediately stops all agent activity for that feature.
Short retention — agent execution logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for model training.
GDPR-compliant — all processing is within scope of TribeCRM's GDPR commitments. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with all LLM providers used in the program.

FAQ
Is the Insider Program free? Yes — all AI features in the Insider Program are available at no additional cost for Advanced and Ultimate plan customers.
Can I disable a feature after enabling it? Yes. Toggle any feature off from Configuration → Insider Program. The agent stops processing immediately.
Will my data be used to train AI models? No. Customer data processed through the Insider Program is not used to train any AI model.
What LLMs are used? The program currently uses Gemini (Google). The selection is made automatically based on performance and cost for each workflow.
What happens when a feature reaches General Availability? Features graduating from the program will be included in the product roadmap. Pricing and packaging for GA features will be communicated separately.
