Pre call preparation agent

Updated today

Overview

The Pre-Call Preparation Agent automatically prepares a meeting brief before your scheduled appointments. It gathers relevant information from your CRM, enriches it with external data, and delivers a concise summary directly to your inbox.

This helps you quickly understand the company, attendees, and existing commercial relationship before the meeting, so you can focus on having a more informed and productive conversation.

How to make the most out of this feature

To get the best results from the Pre-Call Preparation Agent:

  • Keep your CRM up to date. Make sure organizations, contacts, and opportunities are logged in Tribe.

  • Add meetings to Tribe. The agent only works for appointments that exist in your CRM.

  • Include meeting attendees. This allows the agent to research participants and provide more relevant insights.

How It Works

Step 1. Enable the Feature

Enable the Pre-Call Preparation Agent from the Insider Program page in Tribe.

Once enabled, the agent will automatically monitor upcoming meetings in your CRM.

Step 2. Appointment Detection

The system checks for appointments scheduled in Tribe.
If an upcoming meeting is detected, the preparation process begins.

Step 3. Brief Delivery

Approximately two hours before your meeting, you will receive an email containing a generated meeting brief.

The brief includes:

  • Company information

  • Contact and attendee details

  • Commercial relationship data

  • Relevant sales opportunities

  • Recent company or attendee news

  • A consolidated summary to help you prepare

Behind the Scenes

To generate the meeting brief, the system performs several automated steps.

Step 1. CRM Data Collection

The agent first gathers information from your CRM:

  • Fetch Organization – Retrieves company details

  • Fetch Commercial Relationship – Identifies existing relationships and interactions

  • Fetch Contacts – Collects contact and attendee information

  • Fetch Sales Opportunities – Retrieves relevant opportunities and deals

This data is compiled into a CRM context for the meeting.

Step 2. Data Enrichment

The system enriches the CRM data with additional insights:

  • Company enrichment enhances company data

  • Contact enrichment improves attendee profiles

  • News searches identify recent articles related to the company or meeting participants

Step 3. Research Consolidation

The system waits for all enrichment processes to complete and then consolidates the research into a structured dataset.

Step 4. Brief Generation

The meeting brief is generated using AI and then:

  • Formatted into a readable summary

  • Saved as a note in your CRM

  • Sent to you as an email notification

This ensures the information is both accessible before the meeting and stored for future reference.
