The Leexi integration brings call and meeting intelligence directly into Tribe CRM. After a meeting or call is processed by Leexi, the data is automatically pushed into Tribe and linked to the relevant contact or company — no manual input is required from your sales or support team.

The result is a richer, more complete customer view: alongside emails and tasks, you can see the full content of recorded meetings, including what was discussed, how long the conversation lasted, and who was involved.

Three dedicated entities are added to your Tribe environment when the integration is activated:

  • LeexiCall — represents one recorded call or meeting. Each record includes fields such as the call URL, creation date, duration, language, direction (inbound or outbound), whether it was a video call, the source platform (e.g. Teams, Google Meet, or Aircall), and linked participants.

  • LeexiCompletion — stores one or more AI-generated outputs linked to a call. Each completion includes a prompt title (such as a summary, chapter breakdown, follow-up tasks, or a custom prompt), the speaker scope (user or customer), and the full content in rich text. A single call may have multiple completions.

  • LeexiCallParticipant — links each call to the participants in Tribe CRM. Participants are matched automatically using their email address to a contact, relation, or phone number. If a participant cannot be matched automatically, the call appears as unlinked and can be associated manually.

Note: Both LeexiCall and LeexiCompletion records are read-only in Tribe CRM. They are created and managed entirely by Leexi to ensure the data always reflects the original source.

How to Activate the Leexi Integration

Activating the integration requires two steps — one on the Leexi platform and one in Tribe CRM. Both steps are self-service.

Step 1: Connect Leexi to Tribe CRM

  1. Visit the Leexi website and navigate to your integration settings.

  2. Locate the Tribe CRM integration and select it.

  • Contact and company timelines — Leexi calls appear inline in the timeline of any linked contact or company, alongside tasks and other activities. Selecting a call record opens it directly within the timeline.

  • Widget library — The LeexiCall entity is available in the widget library, allowing you to build custom dashboards and views, such as calls per account or calls per period.


Tips and Best Practices

  • Review unlinked calls promptly. If Leexi cannot match a participant to an existing CRM record by email address, the call will appear as unlinked. Regularly check for unlinked calls and associate them manually to keep your customer history complete.

  • Use LeexiCompletion for follow-up. AI-generated completions such as follow-up task summaries can support your sales team in acting on calls quickly. Multiple completions may exist for a single call — review all of them for a full picture.

  • Build dashboards for team oversight. Using the widget library, sales managers can create views that show call volume per account or per period, making it straightforward to review team activity and call quality from within Tribe CRM.
