End-User Trainings: Overview

New to Tribe? This is your starting point. Find the right training for your role and work through it at your own pace.

How the Trainings Work

Each training consists of short videos and hands-on assignments. The videos are practical and focused. They show you exactly how to work in Tribe, not just what the buttons do.

A few tips before you start:

  • Follow the suggested order. Each step builds on the previous one. If you skip ahead, some things may not make sense yet.

  • Practice as you go. Watching a video is a good start — doing it yourself is what makes it stick. Complete the assignments in your own Tribe environment as you work through each step.

  • Use this page as a reference. Bookmark it and come back whenever you need a refresher, or when a new colleague is getting started.

  • Reach out to your administrator. Every organisation uses Tribe in a different way. These training guides cover standard product functionality. Besides learning how something works, you will also need to understand the why — and that is something your administrator should guide you on.


The Trainings

Training 1: The Basics

Start here. For everyone who is new to Tribe.

This training covers everything you need to work in Tribe day-to-day: navigating the system, managing relations, following up with tasks and appointments, handling emails, and using dashboards to stay on top of your work.

  • Recommended for: All new Tribe users, regardless of role or module

  • Format: 6 steps · Videos + assignments · ~2–3 hours

Training 2: The Sales Module

For users who work with sales opportunities and quotes.

This training covers the full sales workflow in Tribe: understanding the sales structure, creating and managing opportunities, building and sending quotes, keeping your pipeline up to date, and using the sales dashboard.

  • Recommended for: Sales representatives, account managers, commercial teams

  • Prerequisite: Training 1:The Basics

  • Format: 5 steps · Videos + assignments · ~2 hours

Training 3: The Invoicing Module

For users who work with invoices and financial administration.

This training covers the invoicing workflow in Tribe: creating and sending invoices, managing payment status, and using the invoicing dashboard.

  • Recommended for: Finance teams, administrators handling billing, account managers who invoice directly

  • Prerequisite: Training 1 – Tribe CRM Basics

  • Format: 3 steps · Videos + assignments · ~1 hour

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to complete all trainings?
No. Training 1 is required for everyone. After that, only complete the trainings that are relevant to your role. Your administrator or manager can advise which modules are active in your organisation.

Can I do the trainings in my own Tribe environment?
Yes — and we recommend it. Working in your real environment makes the assignments more meaningful and helps you remember what you have learned.

I am an administrator. Is this the right training for me?
The end-user trainings are a prerequisite for the administrator training, but they do not cover configuration topics. Once you have completed Training 1, continue with the Administrator Training.
