Overview

Post-call enrichment is the practice of automatically acting on what was discussed during a call β€” creating CRM records, logging tasks, and drafting follow-ups β€” without any manual effort after the meeting ends.

The Leexi Post-Call Enrichment feature brings this directly into your CRM. Once a call or meeting is processed by Leexi, an AI agent reads the generated notes and takes care of the follow-up work for you: creating missing contacts or leads, logging agreed tasks, and drafting a follow-up email ready for your review.

Getting Started

Step 1: Activate the feature

From the Insider Program section, find Leexi Post-Call Enrichment under the Personal Assistant category and toggle it on.

Step 2: Configure your settings

In the settings panel, confirm your meeting data source. Leexi is selected by default β€” this tells the system where to pull call notes from after each meeting.

Step 3: Let it run automatically

Once activated, the feature runs automatically every evening. It processes all calls completed during the day that haven't been enriched yet β€” no manual trigger needed. By the time you start your next working day, your CRM is already up to date.


What the Feature Does

Each evening, the AI agent reviews the Leexi notes from your day's calls and performs the following actions:

1. Contact and lead creation

The system cross-references meeting participants against your existing CRM records. If a participant is not yet in your CRM as a contact or lead, a new record is automatically created based on the available information.

2. Task creation

Any commitments, action items, or follow-ups mentioned or agreed during the call are extracted and created as tasks in your CRM, assigned and dated where the information is available.

3. Follow-up email draft

A draft follow-up email is automatically generated based on the call summary β€” ready for you to review, adjust, and send. The draft captures the key outcomes and next steps discussed during the meeting.

Frequently Asked Questions

When exactly does the enrichment run? The enrichment runs automatically every evening. All calls processed by Leexi during the day are picked up and enriched overnight, so your CRM is ready for the next morning.

Which call tools are supported? At this stage, the feature works with Leexi as the call intelligence source. Support for additional connectors is on the roadmap and will be announced when available.

Does this work with all types of calls? The feature works with any call or meeting processed by Leexi β€” whether it's a phone call, a Teams meeting, or a video conference β€” as long as Leexi has generated notes for it.

What if the contact already exists in my CRM? If the participant is already in your CRM, no duplicate is created. The system matches participants to existing records and only creates new entries for contacts that are genuinely missing.

Can I review the created tasks and email draft before they're sent? Tasks are created directly in your CRM for you to review and action. The follow-up email is generated as a draft β€” it will not be sent until you review and send it yourself.

What if Leexi didn't capture everything accurately? The AI works from Leexi's generated notes, so the quality of the output reflects the quality of the Leexi transcription. You can always edit created tasks, records, and email drafts before taking action on them.

Can I turn off the feature for specific calls? Today, the feature applies to all calls processed by Leexi once it's activated. More granular controls may be added in a future release.
