Lead Activity — A Unified Lead Pipeline, Built In

What's New: The Lead Activity is a new, unified way to capture and manage potential customers in Tribe, replacing the previous Lead Organisation and Individual Lead relationship types. It gives sales and marketing teams a structured, trackable pipeline — from a lead entering the system through to qualification and conversion into a prospect with an attached sales opportunity.

The Lead Activity is automatically enabled for customers joining Tribe from June 15, 2026 when the Sales module is activated, and includes pre-built automations to support your team's workflow from day one.
For any other environments, Lead Activity can be enabled. Consult this article for more information.
