🔔 Notification centre
The notification drawer has been rebuilt around three tabs — All, Unread and Action required — with notifications grouped by day and a filter per category. You can now mark a single notification as read or unread, delete a normal one, mark an action-required one as done, or clear the whole list with mark-all-as-read and delete-all. A settings view inside the drawer lets each user choose which categories they want to be notified about, and that choice is respected the moment a new notification is created.
✍️ Web form and campaign builders
Creating a web form is much simpler: the new builder walks you through setup instead of asking you to assemble a form field by field. Campaign creation now follows the same idea, with dedicated steps for sender, opt-out, selection, design, and test-and-send, plus an updated footer. Together this means less back-and-forth to get a form or mailing live, and fewer settings to remember on your own.
📥 PerfectView imports and migrations
You can now enable or disable individual entity types when migrating from PerfectView, so you can move data over in controlled steps instead of all at once. Custom field mapping during an import is clearer to work with, and duplicate detection now looks at the right identifier, so existing records are matched instead of duplicated. Migration runs should need noticeably less manual clean-up afterwards.
🤖 TribeAI assistant
The assistant section of the pre-call preparation e-mail has been reworked so the suggestions are easier to scan before you pick up the phone. The AI Sales Agent also respects the content density you select when it drafts an outreach e-mail, instead of always returning the same length. Preparations for general availability of the in-app chatbot continued, including making sure its conversation history has room to grow.
📱 Faster app and form loading
Opening the web app is quicker: we removed two unused font families and a duplicate mapping library, and reduced the impact of our analytics tooling on how fast the first screen paints. Embedded forms opened through a direct form URL also load faster, which matters most for the visitors filling them in. No settings change is needed — you should simply see pages appear sooner.
💳 Sending invoices in bulk
You can now select multiple invoices and send them in one action instead of opening each record. As part of this, the action bar behaves consistently across overviews and bulk edits have extra guardrails, so it is harder to apply a change to more records than you intended.

Activity timeline ordering — timeline items now follow a clearer and more consistent date order, so recent activity is where you expect it.
App redirect URLs — redirect URLs entered for apps are validated when they are saved, so a mistyped link is caught at setup instead of at login.
🐛 Bugs Fixed
Web form submissions can be edited again after the new forms release, and publishing a form no longer fails when another form already uses the same CRM field.
Documents and templates render correctly again: the address country now appears in text blocks without having to reference it separately, invoice and quote padding is back, and a merge error that could break document generation has been resolved.
Date and time handling was corrected in several places: changing a date no longer wipes the time of day, task chips in the timeline show the year again, and the weekly time registration view no longer counts the full duration of registrations that run from Sunday into Monday.
Filtering is more reliable: you can filter from product lines to products, the Employee connections tab is available on the sales representative branch so you can filter on teams, the view filter builder no longer crashes when you add a calculated value, and field group dropdowns are sorted alphabetically.
Dashboard widgets show the right numbers again: aggregation is correct when extended teams are used, period comparisons such as “this month versus two months ago” compare the right periods, and a chart no longer keeps showing the first figures it received after its dataset changed.
In the activity timeline, tooltips on card pills work on hover again and overflow items are no longer hidden without a “Load more” option.
Incoming mail processing is stable again: messages with unusual encodings are handled correctly, and a reprocessing loop that slowed the mailbox down over time and could lose e-mails has been removed.
Menus behave as expected: clicking a second menu item switches to it in one click instead of collapsing the open one, visibility rules are applied correctly, and the auto-collection menu is no longer shown to users who should not see it.
Editing records is more predictable: emptying a field and then discarding the edit restores the value and clears the unsaved-changes warning, creating a relationship inline no longer shows irrelevant relationship fields, new entity-type fields are created with a proper name and type, setting a phase on a record that already has one moves it instead of adding a second, and delete buttons in dialogs are styled as the destructive action again.
Language details were tidied up: localized computations and layouts follow the language you selected, the widget library sidebar updates its category names immediately after a language switch, translations on the account creation pages are correct, and the last name/first name system field now includes name prefixes.
Templates are saved reliably: updating a template that was removed in another tab now gives clear feedback instead of doing nothing, and an import template no longer comes back with a column silently unmapped.
Integrations were repaired: creating an online meeting through the Office 365 Teams integration works again, and the Apsis sync no longer creates duplicate contacts.
Support users and partners can no longer see login attempts belonging to users outside the environment they are working in.
A batch of stability fixes removed several recurring backend and frontend crashes — blank pages caused by a malformed name or a single empty field group, the timesheet widget failing on an employee without a name, half-configured calculations breaking an entire entity type, navigation and rendering errors, and memory leaks and stuck loading states that could slow the app down or force server restarts.
