📧 Inline images and attachments in email
Working with email in the timeline got a lot smoother this week. Images you paste or insert now sit in the message body where they belong instead of cluttering the attachment list, and attachments have a cleaner look in timeline activities. When a message carries several files you can now download them all at once as a single zip, and the beta banner on timeline and email activities has been refreshed to reflect where the experience stands today.
🔔 Reminders on the dates that matter
Notifications can now fire at a moment in time, not just when something happens. Eleven record types are covered out of the box — appointments, tasks, calls, events, projects, offers, invoices, sales orders, opportunities, subscriptions and work orders — so you can be reminded of a start time, a due date, a renewal or an expiry before it slips by. Notification design and settings were reworked at the same time, and every notification now carries a clear read action so your list reflects what you have already handled.
🤖 Ask AI, your in-app assistant
The in-app assistant is now consistently called Ask AI everywhere you see it, from the launcher button to the panel header. Administrators can switch the Ask AI button on or off for their organisation, and the assistant now explains what it can do for you based on your plan. Several answer paths that had been failing — insights, history and longer multi-step write actions — are working again.
📱 Shared workspaces
Workspaces can now be shared with teams or with the whole company instead of living only with the person who built them. System workspaces are shared once per organisation rather than duplicated for every user, which keeps everyone on the same version. The sidebar now separates visible and hidden workspaces so you can keep your navigation focused on what you actually use.
💳 Bulk invoicing and payment conditions
You can now send invoices in bulk instead of one at a time, closing a gap for customers moving over from their previous system. Payment conditions are also part of the Exact Online exchange, so agreed payment terms stay in step between Tribe and your accounting package. Together this removes a good deal of manual re-entry from the monthly invoicing run.
🔗 Microsoft Teams and call enrichment
A Microsoft Teams connection is now available through the Office 365 integration, bringing Teams activity closer to the customer records it relates to. Alongside it, an insider feature enriches records automatically after a call using Leexi, so what was discussed lands in the CRM without anyone typing it up. Cleaner search results — a scheduled clean-up keeps search indexes tidy, so stale entries no longer surface in your results.
Faster first load — the web app starts up noticeably quicker thanks to lighter initial loading.
Consistent capitalisation — text capitalisation now follows the same rules across the interface.
🐛 Bugs Fixed
Images in emails behave properly again: inline images can be opened in a new tab, they no longer disappear when you reply, forwarding works as expected, and composer actions stay visible when you zoom in.
Views no longer open with an empty result list while showing the correct record count — the rows appear straight away without a manual refresh.
Mention notifications are now sent in the recipient's own language rather than the organisation's default.
Several assistant faults are resolved: answers about insights and history work again, longer write plans no longer give up halfway, views can be proposed for custom entities, responses parse reliably, and customers who should have ICP and Competitive Landscape enabled are no longer switched off overnight.
Imports are more trustworthy: US-formatted date columns are read correctly instead of being stored as a completely different date, and rows that resolve to a record without field values are no longer discarded in silence.
Automation fixes: blocked automation emails are no longer sent anyway, Min and Max now return the smallest and largest value instead of the last one, and a broken ordering expression is flagged while you are editing rather than failing at run time.
Product lines are more reliable: a price you set by hand is no longer overwritten by automatic pricing, a line without a VAT percentage no longer breaks the whole product-lines section, and entering 0 in a foreign-currency amount now stores 0 instead of clearing the converted field.
Yearly recurring appointments now fall on the correct month instead of a month early, and January recurrences no longer fail.
Search indexing no longer processes the same change twice or loses updates when a server restarts, so results stay in step with your data.
An expired invoice payment link now shows a clear message instead of leaving your customer on an endless loading spinner.
Integration fixes across the board: lead phases sync to Google Ads again, e-Boekhouden incoming sync errors are resolved, company enrichment works for websites stored without https, Mailjet status updates stop retrying forever on unknown references, accounting faults are reported instead of failing silently, expired tokens are handled correctly for the MCP connection, and address geocoding finally returns coordinates.
Subscription reporting no longer inflates the balance chart by mixing filtered and unfiltered figures, and migrating a subscription to a plan no longer fails.
User and account handling is cleaner: bulk invites report the failures they used to drop, accounts with only blocked users get a proper message instead of an error, an account without users is no longer misreported, a missing right to invite a colleague is shown as a permission message, and changing a username no longer blanks it.
A batch of stability fixes removed several recurring frontend and backend crashes — including image blocks in templates, adjusting fields in dialogs, working-hours calculations, log viewers, public pages and mail-in handling — along with memory problems that were causing campaign and export services to restart.
