🤖 Ask AI opens to everyone
The in-app AI assistant is now generally available, so customers no longer need an early-access flag to start a conversation. Allowances are now counted per calendar period instead of a rolling window, which makes it much easier to predict when they reset, and the message you see when you hit the limit explains clearly that the allowance is shared across your organisation. What the assistant can do is now presented per plan, and duplicate detection is available through the Insider Program while it matures towards general release.
🔔 Reminders on the records that matter
You can now set time-based reminders on eleven record types — appointments, tasks, calls, events, projects, offers, invoices, sales orders, opportunities, subscriptions and work orders — each based on the date that matters for that record, such as an invoice expiry or a work-order due date. Reminders are configured from the record itself and from a dedicated section in Settings, and they fire as notifications at the moment you chose. The notification centre also gained a direct "Read" action so you can clear items without opening them.
📧 Working with e-mail attachments
Mails with several attachments can now be downloaded as a single zip instead of one file at a time. Inline images in a message can finally be opened and viewed full size in a new tab, and the composer keeps its action buttons reachable when you zoom in on the page. Together these make reading and forwarding customer correspondence a lot less fiddly.
💳 Sending invoices in bulk
You can now select a batch of invoices and send them in one go, bringing the invoicing flow in line with what migrating customers expect. If the batch runs into your sending limit, the feedback now says so clearly rather than failing quietly. The bulk-edit guardrail on invoices was also relaxed: instead of a hard block whenever a concept-phase invoice is in the selection, you get a confirmation step on the financially sensitive fields only.
📅 Calendar sync that reflects the whole meeting
A synced appointment now appears on the activity timeline of every participant, not only the organiser, so colleagues see the full picture of contact with a customer. Meetings marked private in Outlook are respected and their details are no longer exposed in Tribe. Work also landed on the Microsoft Teams connector, extending the Office 365 integration beyond mail and calendar.
⚙️ Workspace governance
Administrators can now control what is visible and what is editable per workspace, so teams see the fields, lists and widgets that belong to their way of working and nothing more. This gives larger organisations a practical way to keep one environment tidy for very different departments. Sub-menus inside workspace configuration also position themselves correctly now instead of drifting off-screen.
🔐 Stronger sign-in
Two-factor authentication has been hardened across the sign-in flow, and a weakness in the redirect and token handling during login has been closed. Organisations using single sign-on can now allow a specific user account to sign in without SSO, which is useful for break-glass accounts and external contractors. Existing users will not notice any change to how they log in day to day.
✅ More improvements
Spam protection on web forms — forms built with the new form creator can now include a captcha, keeping junk submissions out of your CRM.
Attachments on tablet and phone — you can swipe between attachments and pinch to zoom when viewing them on a touch device.
PerfectView migrations — custom field mapping in the import tool is more flexible, so fewer fields need manual rework after a migration.
Post-call enrichment with Leexi — call summaries and details from Leexi can now flow back into Tribe, available through the Insider Program.
Searching on dates — search indexes can now be built on date and timestamp fields, so date-based searches return the results you expect.
🐛 Bugs Fixed
Updating modules and add-ons no longer uninstalls your connector packs.
Web forms behave again: submissions can be created and deleted from the interface, dividers are shown, and the background colour stays put when you change the height of an embedded form.
In the portal you now get a clear message when an uploaded file is too large, and a half-configured select box no longer takes down the page when you save.
List filtering is reliable again: "does not contain" works on linked records such as project members versus owners, the "No value" group only shows records without a value, and "is one of" accepts several values instead of silently returning an unfiltered list.
Views and widgets are more faithful: the timeline list opens with the columns from your default view, a custom date range on a dataset widget is kept when you drill down, average columns refresh instead of showing a stale value, dropdowns render properly, and changes to phases, relationships and timeline items now appear immediately for colleagues looking at the same record.
E-mail and automations: a blocking automation now really stops the mail from going out, an automation with a missing sender or recipient stops instead of reporting the mail as sent, and the pinned e-mail widget no longer redirects you away unexpectedly.
Invoicing: sending an invoice manually now respects the alternative relation or contact you selected, and a subscription that starts with a one-off product line gets a proper interval so it is actually invoiced.
Usage limits are counted correctly again, so you no longer see a false "quota exceeded" warning and refunds of used quota are applied accurately.
Connectors are more resilient: a single temporary authentication failure with SnelStart no longer permanently disables the connection, repeated failures while linking VAT groups to product groups are resolved, and an incorrect stock-position lookup for Reeleezee has been removed.
New trial environments now pick up the correct time zone instead of always defaulting to Amsterdam.
Widgets show the right thing: an appointment where the organiser also attends is no longer listed twice in the calendar widget, and the map widget shows address information again.
Project and time tracking fixes: the Planner tab only shows activity from the selected project, "My timesheet by project" no longer fails for organisations without time registration, and the employee timesheet opens with billable time included.
Editing and configuration fixes: entity-type toggles keep your change, localized text fields accept more than one character, inline record creation works for datastores, Resource Manager is reachable for non-support users, settings and configuration pages align consistently, dates written with slashes are read the same way with or without a time, a campaign no longer overwrites an existing account link, and a failed Chamber of Commerce lookup no longer stores an invalid reference.
A broad batch of stability work removed several recurring backend and frontend crashes, memory and resource leaks, failed saves on sorted lists, and dropped database connections during deployments that were briefly interrupting work.
