🤖 Ask AI does more of the work for you
The in-app assistant can now change an existing saved view instead of only creating a new one, so refining what you already use takes a single request. It can also build widgets for you, and find and explain the widgets already on your dashboards when you are not sure what a figure represents. Exporting is now available straight from the conversation, with clearer replies about what will be exported, and saving a view from the assistant fails far less often.
🔍 Faster list and column handling
You can now rename a column directly inside a view and filter on a column without leaving the list, which makes tidying up a view a matter of seconds. A round of follow-up fixes cleaned up the rough edges reported after the first release: simple picker fields behaving oddly, the filter popover opening off-screen, and environments running a mix of old and new views.
📊 AI insights for customers and competitors
The Voice of Customer report is now delivered by monthly email, and in-app views of the report are logged so you can see how much it is being used. Voice of Customer and the Sales Opportunity Summary have moved to Business Insight, where they sit alongside the other reporting. The AI-assisted ICP is now generated for customers on all packages, and the monthly Competitive Landscape refresh runs again — it had been failing since July — while organisations without competitor websites are now skipped instead of producing empty output. Post-call enrichment and support ticket resolution runs were also repaired so calls and tickets actually reach the AI step.
🔀 Time registration and project milestones
Registering hours is smoother, including the option to enter a from–to time range instead of only a duration. Projects now support completing milestones, so progress on a project is visible without maintaining it elsewhere.
✅ More improvements
Images in notes — You can now insert images directly into a note.
Readable website widget — A website widget can show a friendly display name instead of the raw URL.
Rights editor — A general option has been added to the entity CRUD rights editor, so you can set a baseline once instead of per entity.
Reorder list items — Items in a list can be put in the order you want.
Portal control for sub-environments — Administrators can block the portal in sub-environments.
Sharper duplicate detection — A duplicate scan now looks only at records of the exact type you scanned, instead of pulling in its subtypes.
Quicker repeat page loads — Static assets are cached properly again, so returning to the app loads faster.
🐛 Bugs Fixed
In the Outlook add-in, a person created on the spot is now shown properly and their details can be opened straight away.
The email add-in now offers AI enrichment even when the company domain is already known.
Accounting integrations behave correctly again: Twinfield no longer creates duplicate entries, and discount lines sent to Yuki are rounded to the right amount.
Peppol e-invoices for Luxembourg parties are no longer rejected by the network's validation rules.
In the automation that exports a query to a file, the selected view no longer reverts to another view after saving.
People invited to a workspace through the "anyone in the organisation" option now receive their notification.
Search results are reliable again: a search-or-create dropdown no longer shows results from an earlier query, and a search that takes too long on the server now says so instead of claiming there are no results.
The Start button on the time-registration widget in the work order sidebar now actually starts a registration.
Typing in an email field no longer sends the cursor to the end while the address is still incomplete.
In the content editor, the insert menus and toolbars no longer disappear behind neighbouring panels.
Attachment names now have a maximum length, so over-long names can no longer produce files that cannot be downloaded.
Date and date-range pickers show their calendar with the correct styling again.
Upgrading an earlybird license works again.
A batch of stability fixes removed several recurring crashes and hangs, including custom pages and the API and webhooks configuration page failing to open, documents showing an empty page, environments without a license contract breaking the app, scheduled tasks getting stuck after a restart, and growing cache and blocked background processing that degraded the platform over time.
