What Does the Report Page Show?
The report page shows how a campaign performed after it has been sent. It is divided into four parts: the performance numbers and results on the left, the click behaviour at the bottom of the page, and the Details panel on the right. The Preview button in the top right corner shows the email that was sent.
How Do I Review a Report?
Open the report of a campaign you have sent.
Check the performance numbers at the top left of the page, such as Sent, Delivered and Opened. These numbers give you a quick overview of how the campaign did.
Scroll down to the Results underneath the performance numbers. They contain the same information as the performance numbers, shown as lists.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to review the Click behaviour.
View the Details panel on the right to review the campaign details. The panel also shows the Audience and the Unsubscribed.
Select Preview in the top right corner to see the email that was sent.
Did you know? The performance numbers and the results show the same information. Use the performance numbers for a quick glance and the results when you want to see the information as lists.
Why Can I Not Edit a Sent Campaign?
Once a campaign has been sent, it becomes read-only. The sender, the email and the content can no longer be edited. This keeps the report an accurate record of what was actually sent.
