🤖 Ask AI gets more useful in views and widgets
The in-app assistant can now change an existing saved view instead of only creating new ones, and it can find and explain the widgets you already have as well as build better new ones. When it proposes a view it tells you which field it filtered on, so a wrong assumption is visible before you save, and saved views are remembered so the same suggestion is not offered again. Export answers are clearer, failed view saves are much rarer, and the assistant can now complete longer pieces of work in one conversation before asking you to continue.
🧹 Finding and merging duplicate records
Duplicate records are now grouped organisation-wide and surfaced in a dedicated dashboard with a history of what was already handled, reachable from the notification you receive and from the assistant. For each group the assistant prepares a fact sheet, recommends which record should be the master and suggests the best value per field, based on how recent each value is. The result is that cleaning up duplicates becomes a review step rather than a manual comparison exercise.
♿ Keyboard and screen-reader access
Following our accessibility audit we fixed the issues that blocked keyboard-only and screen-reader users: focus no longer gets stuck in a small loop on the workspace home, the account page and several other screens, and the tab strip on record detail pages is now operable from the keyboard with the selected tab correctly announced. Dialogs now have a proper accessible name, avatars have alternative text, and form errors are announced when they appear. Icons also stay readable when a visitor increases text spacing, and low-contrast greys have been darkened.
📝 Spam protection on the new web forms
Public forms built with the new form creator can now use a captcha to keep automated submissions out, with the matching privacy wording about captcha and Tribe usage shown to the visitor. This keeps your incoming leads clean without extra manual filtering.
✅ More improvements
Attachment file size — File size is now a visible column on attachments that you can sort and filter on, which makes it easy to track down the large files in an environment.
Simpler field picker — Picking fields for a view is quicker: type checkboxes, a more prominent search box and connections that you select by clicking the row.
Twinfield booking period — You can now configure which date a sales invoice uses as its booking period reference.
Snelstart product descriptions — Long product descriptions are handled correctly against the 250-character limit on booking lines, so bookings no longer fail on this.
Business Insight headers — The tabs in Business Insight now share one consistent header with the run-analysis button and report history in the same place.
Cleaner exports — Exported content no longer carries stray HTML markup through into the file.
Workspace import banner — Workspaces show a banner pointing you to importing data, so new environments are easier to get started with.
🐛 Bugs Fixed
The activity timeline's "all types" view is fast again on records that use a custom activity card, where it previously loaded one type at a time.
Notes attached to other notes are visible on the timeline again, and you can add them as before.
Two layout slips are corrected: a label element in a custom layout no longer renders larger than the field labels around it, and the password field on the login page is the same height as the e-mail field.
Widget totals and averages no longer over-count records when the filter uses a field that can hold several values, such as labels.
In the forecast widget, the won-deals bar and the table you reach by clicking it now show the same total.
The notification drawer keeps your newest notifications after you clear the filters.
Pressing the spacebar while typing a title in configuration mode now types a space instead of collapsing the panel.
E-mails on the timeline and in the quick view show the date they were sent or received instead of the date the record was created.
Renewing an OpenID Connect client secret and using "Test & Save" no longer opens an empty browser window.
The colour you choose for a separator line is applied correctly on the published web form.
Files exported by an automation open correctly in Excel, so euro signs and other special characters are no longer garbled.
AI features now work for customers where they silently never ran, because the accounts behind them were not being registered correctly.
A set of long-standing support issues is resolved: e-mail campaigns no longer skip recipients when a relationship is missing, employees that were absent from the employee list appear again, and an API app can be deleted even when a service account is attached to it.
A batch of stability fixes removed several recurring backend and frontend errors, including failing work order PDFs for teams with data shielding, a crash when inserting a field into a formatted product line, server errors on saving and on contact permission syncing, a search-or-create dropdown that could hang on "Loading…", relationship sync failures with Exact Online, incoming mail that could be retried endlessly, and two environments where data migrations were silently skipped.
