Release notes week 44 (26 October - 30 October)

📧 Campaign builder and results

Building a campaign is smoother end to end, with clearer guidance while you set one up and a tooltip that explains the selection step better. Planned, sending and sent campaigns now have a results page, so you can follow how a campaign performs without leaving the campaign. Colleagues who are not allowed to edit a campaign get a proper read-only view instead of a half-usable editor.

🤖 Finding and merging duplicate records

Duplicate detection now runs a monthly background scan over leads, customers and contacts for every account, and also looks at prospects. Contacts are compared on e-mail and name together and only within the same organisation, so a shared department mailbox no longer groups different people into one suggestion. On a record you get a "possible duplicates" link, and when you merge, the AI suggestion for the main record and for each individual field is shown so you can see what is being kept. The AI cost of merge advice is visible on the Duplicate Detection line of the AI Insider dashboard.

🔍 Faster global search

The new search engine behind global search has moved to production, with the findings from the beta captured and followed up. Results come back faster and cover more of your data. A record you create in the interface is now also findable straight away, without reloading the page first.

🌍 Better translations across the product

All production services now take their texts from the central translation hub, which gives us one place to curate and correct wording in every supported language. New review and check runs catch translations where placeholders no longer match the original text, so you should see fewer broken or half-translated sentences in the interface. Reviewers also work faster thanks to clearer language names, sorting, filtering and paging, and we can now see what an AI translation run actually costs.

📝 Notes and tasks on the timeline

Tasks now have a description field, which you can fill when creating the task and read back in the task details. Long notes and comments are truncated with a "Show more" toggle, so a single long note no longer pushes the rest of the timeline out of view. Inline pictures in notes are also displayed properly in the client portal.

✅ More improvements

  • Currency on subscription changes — the new-price label of a subscription change now shows the currency of the product line.

  • Safer Exact Online migration — migrating an Exact Online connection to the new version is refused when the organisation already has a live new-version activation, preventing a conflicting setup.

  • Packs in sub-administrations — packs can be installed and uninstalled in sub-administrations from one place.

🐛 Bugs Fixed

  • The recipient search field no longer disappears when you change the contact on an e-mail linked to a support ticket.

  • The VAT percentage is now always filled on generated invoices and subscription lines.

  • Document preview now shows all connected data, and documents can be sent as an e-mail attachment again.

  • Address data now respects the rights you configure: read rights on addresses work as intended, and address fields appear in the order the administrator set.

  • The configuration sidebar no longer overlaps the content next to it.

  • Records with a custom activity card open much faster in the all-types timeline view, and a field added to such a card no longer loses its relation and breaks the timeline.

  • Logging out now clears the user data that was previously left behind in the browser.

  • Web forms work correctly on external sites again: the new form can be embedded in an iframe, filtered relationship fields show the right options to anonymous visitors, URL parameters can prefill multi-select fields, and missing texts on the portal configuration pages have been translated.

  • The load-more button in e-mail template categories works again.

  • Clicking the linked text inside a record dropdown now selects that option instead of opening the record.

  • In the import wizard, a source value that exactly matches an existing record is auto-mapped again and shows its mapping status icon.

  • The campaign builder shows how many records your selection contains, and campaign names are no longer cut off early for users without edit rights.

  • Notification reminders no longer fire an hour early or late around a daylight-saving change.

  • A batch of stability fixes removed several recurring frontend and backend crashes, including out-of-memory crashes while working through opportunity lists, a stalled mail-in service, errors on malformed links, rejected outgoing e-mails and wrong updates when several people edit the same record.
