Linking Outlook email to Tribe CRM adds a Tribe sidebar to your Outlook or Office 365 environment. This allows you to archive incoming and outgoing emails directly to relations in Tribe. You can also link emails to activities, helping you keep all communication and follow-up actions in one place.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Open Tribe CRM.

  2. Click Marketplace in the top-right menu.

  3. Select the Email And Calendar tab.

  4. Click the Microsoft Outlook Add-In logo.

  5. Select the link to open the Microsoft Store.

  6. Sign in with your Office 365 account if prompted.

  7. Click Get It Now to install the add-in.

  8. Open Outlook or Office 365 once installation is complete.

  9. When prompted, enter your Tribe CRM Username and Password.

  10. Select Remember Data to stay signed in.

You are now ready to archive emails from Outlook in Tribe CRM.

Archiving Emails To Relations

  1. Open an email in Outlook or Office 365.

  2. Click the Tribe CRM Button to open the sidebar.

  3. Review the detected relation based on the sender’s email address.

  4. Click Capture Email to archive the email to the relation.

System Requirements And Limitations
