  1. Open My Workspace.

  2. Locate the My Open Tasks widget.

  3. Click the Three Dots icon and select +.

  4. Enter the required task details.

  5. Select a Relation and Activity if the task relates to them.

  6. Select a colleague under Assigned To if someone else should complete the task.

  7. Save the task.

The task appears automatically in the open tasks list for the assigned user.

When you start a new activity, such as a sales opportunity, Tribe automatically creates an initial task linked to that activity.

How Do I Create A Task In An Existing Sales Opportunity?

  1. Open the relevant Sales Opportunity.

  2. Select the Activities tab.

  3. Click + Task.

  4. Enter a clear subject describing the action.

  5. Select a colleague under Assigned To if required.

  6. Enable Include In Calendar if the task should appear in the calendar.

  7. Save the task.

The task is linked to the sales opportunity and appears in the assigned user’s task list.

How Do I Create A New Appointment?

  1. Open My Workspace.

  2. Open the Calendar.

  3. Click a date and time or select +.

  4. Choose Appointment.

  5. Enter the subject and details.

  6. Link the relevant Relation and Activity.

  7. Select the correct Owner if scheduling for a colleague.

  8. Save the appointment.

The appointment appears in the calendar on the scheduled date and time.

How Do I Create An Appointment In An Existing Sales Opportunity?

  1. Open the relevant Sales Opportunity.

  2. Select the Activities tab.

  3. Click + Appointment.

  4. Enter the subject and appointment details.

  5. Select the correct user under Assigned To.

  6. Save the appointment.

The appointment is linked to the sales opportunity and added to the calendar.
