Meet our latest AI feature for completing contact details while using the Outlook Add-In or the Gmail Add-in. This new feature saves you time by automatically retrieving relevant information from your emails and adding it to Tribe. Read on to discover how this smart technology can improve your daily work.

Completing contact details with AI: How does it work?

During a busy workday, you often receive more emails than you can keep up with. Besides processing these emails, you also need to ensure that the right people within your organization are aware of what's happening. You do this by archiving the email via the Outlook Add-In or the Gmail Add-In.


When an email comes from an existing contact, our add-in automatically recognizes it and links the email to the appropriate contact in the CRM.

But what if the email is from a new contact who is not yet in your CRM? This is where our new AI feature comes into play. Previously, you had to manually enter all contact details, such as phone number, email address, and name. Now, Tribe AI does this for you.

When you open your mailbox (Gmail or Outlook), you'll see the familiar Add-In on the right side. If the sender is not yet in your CRM, you can now use the new "Supplement with AI" button.

  • Click the "Supplement with AI" button.

  • The AI analyzes the email and automatically searches for contact details such as name, email, phone number, website, etc.

  • The found details, such as email address and phone number, are automatically filled in the correct fields.

  • You can immediately link the new contact to an existing or new organization in your CRM.

  • Then you can log the email in your CRM.

This new AI feature not only saves time but also ensures accuracy when entering contact details. By using AI, you minimize the chance of errors and ensure that your CRM is always up-to-date with the latest information.
