After activation, all people in Tribe CRM are synchronised to APSIS One. New and updated relations are automatically kept in sync.
Marketing actions such as emails and SMS campaigns are visible in Tribe as activities. Campaign results, including opens and clicks, are stored per relation for clear insight.
How Do I Activate the Integration?
Activating the integration consists of two main steps.
Step-by-step instructions:
Open Marketplace in Tribe CRM.
Select the Email Marketing tab.
Click Activate on APSIS One.
Open Settings and check the default country code for phone numbers.
Click Save.
Copy the API URL and API Key.
Log in to APSIS One.
Open Integrations and select the correct section if applicable.
Open the CRM tab and connect to the Tribe integration.
Paste the API details and click Connect.
Open Field Assignments and map the required fields.
Open Full Synchronisations and click Start Full Synchronisation.

Create or open a label category.

Run a Full Synchronisation again.
Only relations with opt-in labels are included in marketing campaigns.
How Do I Link Tribe Data To APSIS Profiles?
Selections in Tribe can be linked to APSIS profiles using tags.
Step-by-step instructions:
Open Marketplace and select APSIS One.
Click Settings.
Click Add Selection.
Define the conditions and click Save.
In APSIS One, enable the selection under Searches and Profiles.
APSIS updates these tags automatically during the day.
How Do Email And SMS Synchronisation Work?
Emails and SMS messages are created and sent from APSIS One. CRM synchronisation is enabled in the Send To step. Campaign results are displayed in Tribe as marketing activities.
Note: SMS messages require a phone number with country code. Tribe sends numbers without formatting characters.

APSIS One automations can create tasks in Tribe CRM. You can define the task subject, owner, type, and dates directly in APSIS.
