What Does The Budget Consumed Widget Show?
The Budget Consumed widget shows how much of the project budget has been used so far. It is calculated as the total of sales material, sales hours, and external costs.
Sales Material
The total value of all product lines linked to the project or a specific milestone. This includes both invoiced and not yet invoiced items. Product lines with an hour unit are excluded.Sales Hours
The total sales value of all time entries linked to the project or milestone. Both processed and pending hours are included.External Costs
The total of all external costs linked to the project or milestone.
What Does The Invoiced Widget Show?
The Invoiced widget provides an overview of invoicing related to the project.
Sent
The total amount of all invoices with the status Sent that are linked to the project or milestone.Draft
The total amount of all invoices with the status Draft linked to the project or milestone.Forecast
The remaining amount based on the project budget minus invoices with the status Sent. This can be viewed for the full project or per milestone.
What Does The Time Spent Widget Show?
The Time Spent widget displays the total number of hours recorded on the project or milestone. These hours are compared against the time budget set for the project or milestone.
This widget helps you see whether time usage is within expectations.
What Does The Occupancy Widget Show?
The Occupancy widget shows the total number of hours entered through occupancy records linked to the project or a specific milestone.
This provides insight into planned or allocated capacity versus actual time usage.
