How Do I Connect E-conomic With Tribe CRM?

What Does the E-conomic Integration Do?

The integration supports:

  • Relationship synchronisation

  • Product synchronisation

  • Invoice synchronisation

Relationships and products are synchronised in both directions using a unique E-conomic ID.

Invoices with status Sent are synchronised as booked invoices.

Note: Contact synchronisation from E-conomic to Tribe runs nightly. Updates from Tribe are processed within minutes.

How Do I Activate the Integration?

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open Marketplace.

  2. Select Financial and choose E-conomic.

  3. Click Activate.

  4. Log in using your E-conomic credentials.

  5. Open VAT Groups and map the correct VAT codes.

  6. Open Units and map unit types.

  7. Configure options under Other Settings.

  8. Allow the initial synchronisation to complete.

How Are Data Changes Managed?

Deleting data in Tribe does not delete it in E-conomic, and vice versa. Deactivated products in E-conomic are marked as inactive in Tribe.

Which Data Is Synchronised?

Data includes organisations, contacts, products, and invoice details such as dates, currency, and product lines.

How Do I Troubleshoot Synchronisation Errors?

This error is usually caused by the fact that one of more of the products that Tribe is trying to import, contains a different VAT group then the one which is selected in the settings on the integration page.

Please check if the correct VAT group is selected in Tribe and if this code matches the VAT groups linked to the products.
