Overview
The Prospect Generation feature automatically identifies and creates new outbound prospects based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Instead of manually researching and qualifying target accounts, the system uses your internal CRM data and AI-powered business intelligence to identify companies that closely match your best-performing customers.
The generated prospects are enriched, validated, and added directly to your CRM. These prospects are powered by the AI-assisted ICP described in the previous article.
This feature is ideal for organisations that use or is considering to use outbound marketing as a prospect generation strategy.
How It Works
Step 1: Activate Prospect Generation
Navigate to the Insider Program section in your settings and activate the Prospect Generation feature.
Step 2: Choose Notification Preferences
Configure how you want to be notified when new prospects are generated. Options include:
Tribe Notifications — in-app alerts
Email notifications — sent to one or more recipients of your choice
Prospect Quantity — set how many prospects you want delivered per day (default: 10)
Once saved, the system will begin identifying and processing new target companies that match your ICP.
Step 3: Manually qualify your prospects
New prospects are delivered daily. Each comes with an AI-generated summary explaining why the company matches your ICP, along with enriched company data and relevant contacts. Review each prospect and manually qualify, reject, or flag for follow-up directly within TribeCRM.

Context & CRM Data Collection
The system retrieves your recent customers, won prospects, and previously proposed prospects to ensure newly generated prospects match your ICP and don't duplicate existing records.
Each prospect generated is enriched through an AI-powered sub-workflow that enhances company-level data, identifies relevant contacts and adds contextual information.
All enriched data is tagged as AI-generated for transparency and traceability.
ICP-Based Company Selection
Using your structured ICP, Tribe's prospect generation agent identifies companies that match high-performing segments, using B2B revenue intelligence and AI-assisted analysis to refine targeting. Before any prospect is added, TribeCRM is checked for duplicates — only net-new, relevant companies move forward. This keeps your database clean and your pipeline focused.

FAQ
Why am I getting fewer prospects than I specified? Duplicate control filters out companies already in your CRM or previously proposed. If many ICP-matching companies already exist in your database, fewer new ones will be surfaced.
Why did I not receive any new prospects today? Same reason — all current matches may already be in your CRM. Consider refining or broadening your ICP to open up new targeting pools.
Are there limits to how many prospects I can receive each day? You set the quantity in Prospect Generation settings, but the actual number delivered may be lower depending on ICP match quality and duplicate filtering.
