Overview

The Inbound Lead Enrichment Agent automatically enriches leads that are manually created in Tribe.

When a new lead is added, the agent gathers additional company and contact information using AI and external data sources. This ensures that your leads quickly become richer, more actionable records without requiring manual research.

The Inbound Lead Enrichment Agent works alongside the Lead Generation Agent.

Together, these agents transform your Tribe account into a powerful lead engine that both generates new leads automatically and enhances leads created by your team.



How It Works

Prerequisite

Before the enrichment agent can run, you must configure a webhook that will trigger the AI enrichment workflow whenever a new lead is created.

Follow the steps below to configure the webhook.

1. Navigate to Webhooks

  • Go to Configuration

  • Select Administration

  • Click + Webhook

2. Configure the Webhook URL

In the URL field, enter the following:

https://tribe.app.n8n.cloud/webhook-test/713b825f-b992-43b3-b255-f69aa7149d46?organizationId=your_organization_id

Replace your_organization_id with your Tribe organization ID.

3. Save the Webhook

Click Save to create the webhook.

4. Set the Trigger Event

After the webhook is created, select After creating a new lead as the trigger event.

This ensures that the enrichment workflow runs automatically whenever a new lead is created in Tribe.


Step 1: Create a Lead in Tribe

Upon lead creation, your pre-configured webhook sends lead information to the enrichment workflow whenever a new lead is created.

The workflow extracts key parameters such as:

  • Organization name

  • Website (if available)

  • Country

  • Lead and organization identifiers

These details are used as the starting point for the enrichment process.


Step 2: Company Enrichment

The enrichment agent analyzes the company associated with the lead and gathers additional information.

If the website is missing, an AI agent attempts to identify the company's official website. Once the website is found, the system enriches the company profile using AI-powered data sources.

This may include:

  • Company description

  • Industry information

  • Location data

  • Additional company attributes

The enriched company data is then used to update the organization record in Tribe.


Step 3: Lead Intelligence Generation

After the company information is enriched, AI generates structured insights about the organization.

These insights help sales teams quickly understand the lead without manual research.

Examples of generated insights include:

  • A short company summary

  • Key business activities

  • Relevant context for outreach

These insights are automatically saved as notes on the organization record.


Step 4: Contact Enrichment

The system then attempts to identify relevant contacts connected to the company.

AI-powered workflows search for potential contacts and enrich them with available information before saving them to the organization in Tribe.


Step 5: Notification

Once the enrichment process is complete, the system sends a notification confirming that the lead has been enriched.

    All data added by AI is logged in the Audit trail.
