What's New: When a new sales opportunity is created, Tribe now generates the follow-up task via a system automation rather than a fixed, built-in process. The automation is enabled by default, so existing behaviour is preserved, but admins can now find it under Configuration > Automations and adjust it to fit their team's workflow β or turn it off entirely.
Key Benefits:
Customise the follow-up task subject, due date, task type, and assignee to match your sales process
Disable the automation entirely if your team handles follow-up differently
Duplicate the system automation to create your own version, keeping the original as a fallback
