Evoliz is a French invoicing platform widely used by SMEs and freelancers to manage their billing and finances. The Tribe-Evoliz integration connects your CRM directly to Evoliz. Once active, the integration automatically imports customers, products, and sales invoices from Evoliz into Tribe, keeping your records consistent without manual effort. By following this guide, you will be able to install the connector, configure the required mappings, and run your first data sync.

What Does the Evoliz Integration Do?
The Evoliz integration consists of three components:
Contact synchronisation
Product synchronisation
Invoice synchronisation
Contact Synchronisation When the integration is activated, the initial sync imports all existing customers — both organisations and persons — from Evoliz into Tribe. After the initial sync, new customer records created in Tribe are pushed to Evoliz, and new customers created in Evoliz are pulled into Tribe on the next sync cycle.
Note: Only newly created contacts are synced outbound. Updates made to existing contacts in Tribe are not pushed back to Evoliz.
Product Synchronisation Products are imported from Evoliz into Tribe on a recurring basis. Each sync cycle performs a full re-import of all products — there is no incremental filter. Products with unmapped unit strings will be imported without a unit assigned.
Invoice Synchronisation Sales invoices are imported from Evoliz into Tribe incrementally, meaning only invoices created or updated since the last sync are fetched. Tribe captures the invoice lines and updates the payment status based on the data in Evoliz. Invoice PDFs are not synced.
Note: This integration supports multiple currencies. Read here for more information on using multiple currencies.
Prerequisites
User must be Admin in Tribe and in Evoliz.
Make sure you are already logged into your Evoliz account, before going through the activation steps below.
Since the Evoliz integration is created via Chift API, you need the Chift extension enabled to set up the connection. You can find more info on the extension here.
How to Connect Tribe to Evoliz
Phase 1: Generate an API Key in Evoliz
Log in to your Evoliz account.
Navigate to Account, then select Applications, followed by Available Connectors.
Locate the Evoliz API connector. To find it more quickly, filter by the API tag.
Activate the API connector.
Click Create a Key to generate a new API key.
Copy and save the Public Key and Secret Key, you will need it in Phase 2.

Map your Units: match each Evoliz unit string to the corresponding Tribe unit entry.
Optionally, enable draft invoice import via the draft invoice setting if you wish to include draft invoices in the sync.
Click Run Initial Sync to import all existing customers, products, and invoices from Evoliz into Tribe.

Troubleshooting
Some products or invoices are missing after sync
Check whether your VAT code and Unit mappings are complete. Records with unmapped VAT codes or unit strings are skipped during sync. Skipped items are logged in the configuration log— review the log to identify which values need to be mapped.
The connector fails to authenticate
Verify that both your Evoliz Public Key and Secret Key are entered correctly in the connector setup screen. If your API key has expired or been regenerated in Evoliz, return to Account → Applications → Available Connectors in Evoliz, generate a new key, and update it in the Tribe connector settings.
Changes made in Tribe are not appearing in Evoliz
Only newly created entities are pushed outbound to Evoliz. Updates to existing contacts/invoices made in Tribe are not synced back, as Chift does not currently support entity updates for this integration.
Quick Summary
The Evoliz integration connects Tribe to your Evoliz account via Chift, automatically importing customers, products, and invoices every 15 minutes. Setting it up requires generating an API key in Evoliz, installing the connector in Tribe, and completing VAT and Unit mappings before running the initial sync. Once active, the integration keeps your CRM data consistent with your invoicing platform, reducing manual data entry across both systems.
