Since our last edition, we've been busy in three places: giving records a layout that scales with you, tidying up how attachments and images move through your inbox, and letting Ask AI take on jobs that used to mean exporting, filtering and fixing things by hand.

A tabbed layout that scales with your record
Scrolling through one long record page to find a single detail is the kind of friction you shouldn't have to think about. The record view now has a tabbed layout, so you can jump straight to what you need.

✓ Key record details stay visible in the sidebar, whichever tab you're on
✓ A dedicated Activities tab keeps history and next steps together
✓ Relations are separated out for a clearer view of how records connect
✓ Switch back to the previous layout whenever you like during a grace period
We're rolling this out gradually, starting with a small group of around 100 customers, so we can support each account properly through the change. If you're not in this first group yet, there's nothing to do: you'll hear from us before it's your turn.
One consistent way to handle attachments, wherever you're working
Adding and viewing files used to look different depending on whether you were in an email, a note, a call log or a task. Now it works the same way everywhere.

Put images straight into your emails
Getting a screenshot, diagram or product shot in front of a customer used to mean a workaround. Now you can insert an image directly into the body of an email, by dragging and dropping or using the new insert-image icon.

✓ Images resize automatically to fit the email width, and you can adjust the size by hand
✓ Recipients see the image embedded right in the email
✓ Recipients can click an image to view it at full size
Share a workspace with your whole team, not just one person at a time
Sharing a workspace used to mean adding people one by one. Now you can share it with a colleague, a team, or your whole organisation in one action, including people who join that team later.
Key highlights
✓ Shared workspaces appear straight in the recipient's main workspace list
✓ You can still hide ones you'd rather not see
✓ Decide what each person can do: Owner, Editor, or Viewer
✓ Nothing changes for workspaces you've already shared: the creator stays Owner and everyone else becomes an Editor
Ask AI to export your data, no spreadsheets required
Getting data out of Tribe used to mean setting up the right view, choosing columns, and wrestling with a spreadsheet. Now you just tell Ask AI what you need, and it does the rest.
Key highlights
✓ Ask in plain language, for example "create a list of open sales opportunities filterable by owner and export it to a file I can send on"
✓ Ask AI reads the list or view you're looking at and pulls the matching records
✓ Figures come out in the currency you work in, based on your saved preferences
✓ You get a download link for a CSV file that stays live for seven days
✓ Small things, big difference
Inline signature and logo images no longer show up as attachments on incoming emails — your attachment list now only shows what customers actually sent.

Breadcrumbs, so you always know where you are
A new breadcrumb trail will track the path you take as you drill through records, so you always know where you are and can jump back to any step.
Images in notes and comments
The same drag-and-drop image support landing in emails this edition will soon extend to notes and comments too.
A refreshed campaign experience
A new campaign experience is on its way: a guided, full-page campaign builder, a modern drag-and-drop email editor, and a cleaner, read-only report page for sent campaigns.
Lists and columns your way
Working with lists is about to get a lot friendlier. Switch between views from a single selector, manage which columns show and in what order, and apply filters directly from the view itself. A simplified field picker makes adding the field you need quick, with no trip through configuration.
Ask Tribe AI to edit a view for you
Already have a view that's almost right? Soon you'll be able to fix it just by asking. Tell Ask AI what to change in plain language, and it reshapes the view for you, no configuration mode, no filter syntax.
Ask AI will help you find and resolve duplicates
Ask AI will soon help you spot and resolve duplicate records, keeping your Tribe CRM data cleaner and more reliable. This is a substantial project, so it will roll out in phases.
