What Does This Feature Do?

The invite colleagues feature allows you to give other people access to your Tribe environment. When you send an invitation, your colleague receives an email with a secure link to create their account and start working in Tribe.

You should use this feature when a new employee starts, when a colleague needs access to customer information, or when you want to work together more efficiently. It helps everyone stay up to date and work in the same system.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Click your user account in the top right of the blue bar.

  2. Select Invite colleagues.

  3. Enter one or more email addresses in the email field.

  4. Click Invite.

  5. Confirm the message shown by your web browser.

After completing these steps, the invitation is sent immediately.

What Happens After The Invitation?

Your colleague receives an email from [email protected] with a link to activate their account.

After clicking the link, they enter their name, email address, and a new password. They then select Start now to begin using Tribe.

New colleagues are automatically linked to a licence in Tribe. You can manage licences through the account page.
