The time registration module allows you to register hours on almost any entity in Tribe. You can link hours to projects, sales opportunities, work orders, subscriptions, or directly to a relation. Hours can be registered while you work using a timer or entered afterwards. You also decide which hours are billable and which are not, forming the basis for correct invoicing and reporting.

How Do You Register Hours In Tribe?
You can register hours in several ways, depending on your situation.
Register hours using the timer
Click the Timer in the top blue bar.
Select the Activity you want to register hours for.
Select the Hour Type and indicate whether the hours are Billable.
Start the timer while you work.
Stop the timer when finished.
The registration is saved automatically and linked to the selected activity.
Enter hours afterwards
Open the Project, Customer, or other relevant activity.
Open the Hours section.
Add a new hour registration.
Enter the date, duration, and hour type.
Save the registration.
This method is useful when you want to register hours after a visit or at the end of the day.
Register hours via tasks and appointments
Create or edit a Task or Appointment.
Enter the date, time, and duration.
Enable Hour Registration.
Link the task or appointment to an existing activity.
Save the task or appointment.
The hours are immediately processed in the time registration of the linked activity.

Click the Organisation Icon in the top right of the blue bar.
Click Account Settings.
