Interactions — Always Know When You Last Spoke to a Customer
What's New: Interactions is a new native feature in Tribe CRM that lets your team log every customer touchpoint — phone calls, emails, visits, and appointments — directly against any record. Each logged interaction updates the Last Interaction link at organisation and relationship level, giving everyone an instant view of when each account was last contacted. Interaction data is also available in dedicated dashboard widgets, so managers can track team activity without having to ask for updates.
